We welcome Demerae Christianson

A former NCAA Champion and sixteen-year college swim coach, Demerae Christianson knows what it takes to succeed in collegiate athletics. Her coaching career spans from the Power 5 conferences to the Ivy League. As the college recruiting consultant at BEST, Demerae is excited to leverage her knowledge and passion for recruiting to help student athletes and their families understand, navigate and master the NCAA recruiting process.

Demerae swam at Auburn University from 2000-2004, where she led the Tigers to their first-ever women’s NCAA National Championship and garnered a collection of team and individual accolades. She was recognized by her coaches as the most prolific recruiter for the program, which led to five National Championship Teams.

Her expansive coaching career has offered opportunities to learn from the best minds in college swimming. She’s thrilled to team up with her former coach, Kim Brackin, to help future college athletes navigate the recruiting process and begin their own college swimming careers!
